This course is designed to help you develop a personal, first-hand relationship with Jesus. Introducing simple daily practices of stillness, self-reflection and reading the Bible, the aim is to mature both emotionally and spiritually.
The evening starts with refreshments and a chance to chat. We then work through the Emotionally Healthy Spirituality workbook over eight weeks; reading together and discussing in small groups. All the resources you need for this course are free and provided, and there are chapters to read in between meetings.
