Meet The Team - Arun Church

Our Core Leadership Team provide spiritual and operational leadership for the church. They work together to seek God's guidance, develop vision, support ministry teams and oversee the day-to-day mission and activities of Arun Church. The Leadership team are a mixture of paid employees and volunteers.

Becca leads the church and is passionate about seeing people grow in faith. She is married to Tim and they have four grown-up children.

Joe serves on team and also leads Links International, our missional partner organisation. He is married to Carolina and they have four children.

Kat serves on team and is also a midwife at the local hospital. She is married to Sam, one of the worship leaders, and they have two children.

Jon oversees the day-to-day management of the church and its activities. He is married with two children.

Mikey heads up our work with children and young people. He is married to Rosie and they have 3 children.

Jo works as the Engagement Lead for the church. She is married to Ben and they have three children.

Our Trustees provide governance, oversight and strategic direction for Arun Church. They hold legal responsibility for the charity and meet regularly to pray, review key decisions, monitor finances and ensure the church remains faithful to its vision, values and charitable purposes. Trustees are usually volunteers. The exception is the Senior Leader role, which is permitted by our governing document and Charity Commission authority to be both employed by the church and serve as a trustee. Trustees typically serve a three-year term before stepping down or being considered for reappointment, helping to bring both continuity and fresh perspective to the board.

Andy is the chair of trustees. He runs youth development projects with extensive charity management experience, and is married to Jeni and they have teenage children.

Becca leads the church and is also a Trustee. She is passionate about seeing people grow in faith. She is married to Tim and they have four grown-up children.

Ben is a specialist lawyer for charities and schools with a focus on safeguarding. He is the nominated trustee with safeguarding responsibility. He is married to Flo and they have three children.

We have an incredible wider team of staff, volunteers and church members. We’re thankful for each and every one of them, and together we are Arun Church.
