It's a 5-day event from the 16-20th August for the whole of Arun Youth (school years 7-13)!. We have space for 100 young people, to come and hang out at Dalesdown near Horsham.
There will be worship gatherings on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, let by the Arun Youth Band and guests, along with guest speakers bringing a message, in each meeting.
We will also run workshops/seminars over the week led by young people, guest speakers and leaders on relevant topics and issues that young people face today.
We will make time for small groups to allow the young people to process and discuss the faith element of the week. There is time to hang out together playing games, sports etc. We also have an an incredible after hours program lined up.
The aim of the event is to give young people a space where they can take time out of the pressures of life and make room for Jesus to show up and change their lives. We want it to be a time where young people can find out what it looks like to be a young follower of Jesus in 2023 on the south coast of England. We want to give them the knowledge and tools to equip them to be able to go back to every social environment that they find themselves in, buzzing for what God has done for them, and then become world changers in each of their local situations.
We can't wait to spend this incredible week with you. It's going to be unreal!
